What exactly will I receive?
A downloadable PDF ebook. The insurance playbook contains 25 step-by-step AI workflows with prompts, checklists and a 7-day plan. The accounting playbook is a 90-page A4 PDF with 5 no-code workflows, 170 AI prompts and a 30-day rollout plan.
Is this a physical book?
No. Every product on Noviko is a digital download (PDF). Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping charges.
How and when do I get my ebook?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, your download link appears on the order confirmation page and is emailed to you. If it hasn't arrived within 1 hour, check your spam or promotions folder, then email us and we'll resend it.
Can I read it on my phone?
Yes. The PDF opens on any phone, tablet or computer.
Can I download and keep the file?
Yes, you download the PDF to your device. Download links may have a limited number of downloads or an expiry period, so please save your file soon after purchase.
Do I need special software or coding skills?
You only need a PDF reader, which most phones and computers already have. The accounting playbook uses free and low-cost no-code tools, and no coding is needed.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
No. Download links are sent only after online payment is confirmed, so Cash on Delivery isn't available for digital products.
What is your refund policy?
Because files are delivered instantly, sales are final once delivered, except if the download doesn't reach you, the file is faulty, or you were charged twice by mistake. Email us within 7 days of purchase with your order number. Read the full refund policy.
Can I share the ebook with my team or clients?
Your purchase gives you a personal licence to use the ebook in your own practice or business. Please don't resell, share or upload the file. See our terms of service.
